You built it fast.
Now make it inevitable.

A one-week product-design sprint that takes your working — but AI-generic — product and makes it read premium, before it goes in front of investors or customers.

BuildOS product surface, designed by BuildOS

It works. It just looks AI-built.

50,000+

products ship every month with the same AI-tool defaults. Investors and customers have seen them all.

2 seconds

is all you get. People judge your product before they read a word — investors before your numbers, customers before they trust you.

First impression

Generic is what gets you filtered — before the meeting, before the trial, before anyone gives you the benefit of the doubt.

One week. One flat fee.

Senior product design, led by Otto directly — no juniors, no handoff. A focused pass on the surfaces people judge first. Web app, mobile app, or both. We scope the specifics together.

The Sprint

Product design for founders shipping AI-built products.

One-week sprint
Scope

A focused pass on how your product looks and reads, across the surfaces people judge first — web, mobile, or your site. We agree the goal up front. It's a week of senior work, not a fixed checklist.

Output

A working prototype of your product on a live URL, in real code (built in Claude Code) — ready to ship or hand to your engineer. A responsive pass where the build needs it.

Process

Optional kickoff call. One round of revisions.

Day 0

Book

Grab a time and confirm the sprint. Takes a minute.

Day 1

Brief

Send a short brief — URL or repo, screenshots, references, the goal. We start the moment it lands.

Day 5

First look

A live URL with the redesigned version. Click through it, test it, share it.

Day 7

Ship

A Loom walkthrough of every decision. One round of revisions within 24 hours.

Not for everyone. By design.

Book if
  • You have a working product
  • It looks like AI built it — and that bothers you
  • It's about to go in front of investors or customers
  • You have a URL, app, or repo to send
  • You prefer one flat fee
Don't book if
  • You haven't shaped the idea yet
  • You want a ground-up rebuild or new features
  • You just want a Figma file
  • You need a team embedded for months

Need deeper, ongoing product work? That's our embedded partnership — a different engagement, a different shape.

People judge how a product looks before they read a word — investors before your numbers, customers before they trust you. That's the gap a sprint closes. In a week.

Things you'll want to know.

Does this work for a product that's already live with users?

Yes. Plenty of AI-built products ship first and get the polish later. If it's live and it looks like AI built it, that's exactly what a sprint is for. Send the URL or repo and we'll start.

What does “working prototype” actually mean?

A live URL with real HTML, CSS, and where needed React — built in Claude Code. You click through it, view source, fork it. Handing it to your engineer or dropping it into your existing repo is straightforward. No Figma-to-code translation step.

Do I own the output?

Yes. Everything we produce is yours, with no restrictions — ship it, change it, bin it. By default we may show the work on our site and socials; if you'd rather we didn't, or need us to hold off around a launch, just say so.

What if I already have a designer or a design system?

Even better. Share your system and any references up front and we work inside those rails rather than starting fresh — a sprint inside an established system usually ships faster, not slower. The Loom walkthrough means your in-house designer can pick it up and keep building.

Can you implement it into my codebase instead of sending a prototype?

Not as part of a sprint — implementation into your real codebase is a different, longer engagement, more intertwined with your team and priced accordingly. If you need that, we can talk about our embedded partnership after the sprint ships.

What's the revision policy?

One round of revisions is included — one consolidated list of changes shipped together, not unlimited back-and-forth. The structure is what keeps the week fast.

What if I need more work after the sprint ships?

We offer an ongoing partnership for founders who want to keep going — every release held to the same bar as you scale, from $10K/month. No pressure, and no upsell baked into the sprint itself.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — a standard mutual NDA, sent before kickoff on request.

Ready to ship something people trust?

Book the call, send your product, ship by week's end.
